Experimenting with Broken Glass.

We as me and my group related anger with broken glass. When anger we found that you want to break things throw thing and smash things. So with a polystyrene ball , glues and a collection of broken glass. I began to stuck the broken piece on to the ball. It looks like a nice object, very delicate but can cause pain when touched. So now we'll have to think of a way of opening the product in a frustrating way which makes the customer/client angry when trying to open it. Now we need to start looking into a way to make it frustrating to open.

Magazine cover

Creating my own magazine cover. Firstly we started with the heading of the magazine 'CREATIVE VISION'. We had to take are time selecting a type and mess around with the size. Then out of the 5 picture given we had to choose one we wanted to work with. Then basically mess around with the size, shape and colour of the picture, type and random shapes.

Experimenting with are ideas for emotion anger

Within are group we got together with and combined all the thing/materials we collected for emotion anger. We talked about are ideas and started combining them and experimenting.

Reconstruction of MTV logo

This was a really useful and enjoyable Workshop. I was able to up grade my knowledge of illustrator and develop the knowledge into skills.

Creating Deaf signs for my Publicity

Here I created my own alphabet for deaf people. I took photos of the hand signs and then reconstructed them on Photoshop.

OH MY GOD

OH MY GOD what a long process it was making a stick man walk across the grass. I can nowappreciate how long it takes to create an animated film. Its crazy to think about how time consuming it is. It was a nice experience to have produce a piece of animation but I don't think its me.

Its not great but its my first attempt.

What a satisfying accomplishment when making book in the book binding work shop. Its skill that I would look more into as it is very useful to know.

Scavenger Hunt

We meet at Central Saint Martins in Farrington to meet are tutor Cathrine. She gave us a task to

• Retrieve a picture of a design studio

• Retrieve a business card

• interview a graphic designer

As you can see me and my two team mates managed to do all three tasks. Doing this scavenger hunt has given me more confidence in myself to go visit place and asking for work experience, doing it this way they cant avoid you and your able to be more up front.

Messing with Type

Using information collected on CITY LIT, I gained a better understanding of what type looks good and what type looks bad in Indesign. By closing down gaps and spaces above and in between words it can make a big impacted as well as keeping in with the same type.

It a defiantly made me more aware.

Sign Language

I was searching for examples of interesting sign language signs which could be used as a poster for deaf people. I came across this interesting way of the alphabet it sign language. Here the sign I found.

Golden Rectangle

Yes there is a golden rectangle. This rectangle is called the Golden Rectangle as it appears in nature and is used by humans in both art and architecture. BUT Does your face fit into the Golden Rectangle?

Stop Motion.

What an enjoyable experience. The stop motion workshop was soooooo soooo much fun. Even though it is quiet a long process, as it took 2hrs just to compose 26 seconds its worth it. Your able to just let your imagination roam free. I would defiantly want to used it again.

City Lit

I decided to visit 'City Lit' adult collage. This collage is the place I've been focusing on, for are new project Education Publicity. Here are a few photo's I have taken of the place. The purpose of this was to get a better understanding of the place and atmosphere and what it does.

Pet Tree

This image I created using photoshop. I was messing around with the idea of children have pet Tree's rather the pet dogs. I believe its the new way forward for children to get in touch with the outside is...........TO HAVE A PET TREE!!!
